General Statutes Outline
Article 1 : Constitution & Dénomination
There is established between the adherents of these statutes an international non-profit association named "African Animation Film Federation" (FAFA).
Article 2 : Siège Social
The headquarters of the federation is established at Dakar, Senegal, and can be transferred by decision of the board.
Article 3 : Catégories de membres
The federation consists of: Active professional members, Partner organizations, and Honorary members.
Article 4 : Bureau & Conseil d\'Administration
The Board administers the federation. The General Assembly elects members for a period of three years.
